Do you ship outside Korea?
Orders on this site are delivered to addresses in South Korea. Available delivery methods and costs depend on the size of your parts and are shown during ordering.
Can I start without a drawing?
Yes. Start with a basic shape or example and edit its dimensions or text. The interface language is separate from your design text: check letter shapes, thin strokes and stencil bridges in the preview.
I have an event deadline. What should I do?
Email your drawing, material, quantity and required date before ordering. Dispatch targets depend on material availability and production scheduling; sharing a deadline does not confirm an arrival date.
Which currency will I pay in?
Payment is in Korean won (KRW). Choose a method offered at checkout. Card acceptance and any additional authentication depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
